Comprehensive, Compassionate Care for Every Stage of Life
At Southcentre Family Medical Clinic, we’re proud to provide full-scope primary care for individuals and families of all ages. From routine checkups and preventative screenings to the diagnosis and long-term management of chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, our physicians are here to support your health through every season of life.
Our team is professional, experienced, and down-to-earth—committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with the people and families we serve. We believe that continuity of care leads to better outcomes, and we strive to make every visit feel both welcoming and personalized.
Preventative & Personalized
One of our top priorities is proactive, preventative medicine. We work closely with patients to identify personal health goals and support timely screening for breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, and other age-appropriate preventative services.
We believe patients should feel empowered, informed, and supported in their care journey—and we take the time to listen, educate, and collaborate.
