Dr. Gregory J. Skinner

Medical Director, Family Physician
Dr. Skinner leads our clinic with a commitment to thoughtful, whole-person care. He is also the founder of Autism Exists Diagnosis Clinic and as a seasoned family physician, he brings deep clinical expertise to our team. Patients appreciate his calm, grounded approach and the genuine compassion he brings to every visit.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Skinner is a devoted father who enjoys spending quality time with his children. Whether he’s hiking, camping, gardening, gaming, patching up the house, or organizing epic Nerf battles, he brings the same care and presence to his personal life as he does to his practice.

Dr. Ogechukwu PRince Igwe

Family Physician 

Dr. Prince is a compassionate and experienced Family Physician who brings over 13 years of international clinical experience from Nigeria and the United Kingdom to the Calgary community. He completed his postgraduate specialty training in Family Medicine through the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) in the UK and is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred primary care.

Dr. Prince believes strongly in shared decision-making and takes pride in listening carefully to his patients’ concerns, values, and goals. His calm, empathetic, respectful approach helps patients feel supported and confident in their care. He has extensive experience managing both acute and chronic conditions across all age groups, including care for seniors, vulnerable adults, and individuals with complex needs.

Dr. Prince is also a lifelong football enthusiast and devoted Arsenal supporter. He is a family-oriented physician who values community, faith, and meaningful human connection.

QYREENIA ANCAJAS B.Sc.B.A.

Clinic Manager

Qyreenia keeps the clinic running smoothly with a thoughtful balance of warmth, structure, and professionalism. Originally from Singapore and Malaysia, she brings a global perspective shaped by having lived in five countries and traveling to over forty-two countries. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for people, cultures, and meaningful human connection. A graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, her focus is to ensure that every person who walks through the clinic feels welcomed, supported, and respected.

Travel, warm weather, the arts, and cultural experiences continue to be sources of joy for Qyreenia, alongside quieter comforts like heated blankets, white mocha lattes, and hot tea. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid K-drama fan, and a proud mom of two wonderful children. She also volunteers fostering cats through AARCS, hosts international students, and shares her home with one very chubby, dog-like cat.

Kim TRAN

Medical Office Assistant

Kim is a compassionate Medical Office Assistant and a graduate of ABES College, where she demonstrated strong performance and a high level of commitment to her training. She is committed to contributing a meaningful impact to the healthcare industry and believes kindness is one of the most important virtues, carrying it with her in everything she does. Kim has previously volunteered with children, an experience that strengthened her compassion and love for supporting families.

In the midst of a busy life, she enjoys cooking for her small family and making memories through exciting excursions and activities together, cherishing special moments with her daughter and significant other. She embraces her love for the small things that make life worthwhile, bringing warmth and positivity wherever she goes.

 

SARAH CASTLETON

Lead Medical Office Assistant

Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate Medical Office Assistant with over seven years of experience across a range of healthcare settings. A high-achieving graduate of ABES College, she holds three diplomas and has specialized training in autism support, bringing both clinical knowledge and genuine empathy to her role. She is highly skilled in front-desk operations and patient care, known for her organization, reliability, and ability to create a smooth, supportive experience for patients and families.

Life for Sarah includes cooking and baking, swimming, camping, and spending time with her family. She has a soft spot for delightfully unconventional events—including pickle festivals—and is a devoted cat mom with a warm personality and a sharp eye for detail.
