We also offer walk-in appointments based on physician availability. However, priority is given to patients whose family doctor is part of our clinic team.

Email and text messaging do not comply with Alberta’s Health Information Privacy legislation and are not used for patient communication.
Once you are registered as a patient with our clinic, you will receive an invitation to join AVAconnect, our secure online portal.
AVA Connect allows you to view your medical records and communicate securely with our team.

For urgent medical advice outside of regular clinic hours, registered Southcentre Family Medical Clinic patients may reach the Physician On-Call at (403) 770-9445. Please note that this service is for urgent matters only.
Important: The on-call physician provides coverage for multiple clinics in the South Calgary Primary Care Network. They will not have access to your personal medical records and cannot provide lab or diagnostic results or refill prescriptions.
